We are now hiring a very niche AI Product Engineer Technical Lead to play a key role in creating intelligent, intuitive tools that empower developers and elevate productivity.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of AI-driven features that streamline developer workflows.
• Seamlessly integrate advanced models into delightful, user-centric product experiences.
• Apply an experimental, data-driven approach to maximize impact and user value.
• Stay on the forefront of innovation by embracing the fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Mentor teammates on product thinking and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate closely with design and research teams to translate insights into impactful features.

You bring:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering and product development.
• A passion for building elegant, efficient tools that tackle complex developer needs.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and ship polished, high-quality products.
• Strong programming skills in technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Svelte, React, Kotlin, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with prompting and refining LLM outputs to enhance user experience.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to make things better.

Bonus points if you have:

• Shipped AI-native products using foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Experience improving the reliability and trustworthiness of AI-driven features.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
