We’re looking for a self-driven senior engineer with a passion for machine learning research and a desire to build world-class developer tools. As a Member of Technical Staff, Research, you’ll contribute across the stack and take ideas from initial concept through to production. You’ll play a key role in shaping products by identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and implementing impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive product improvements from ideation through research infrastructure to production.
• Identify weaknesses in the user experience and explore high-potential areas for enhancement.
• Build and maintain research infrastructure and data pipelines.
• Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning experiments.
• Contribute to production-level improvements that directly impact our users.
