We are working with a very exciting startup that is revolutionizing the way IT teams operate, by developing the AI platform designed to challenge legacy players like ServiceNow, a $230+ billion company. The platform focuses on deploying AI agents that resolve IT issues autonomously, reducing the need for human intervention.

“Automating the automation” through a natural language-to-code workflow builder and AI-driven agents that discover and execute automations for complex, time-consuming IT processes. Their mission is to relieve IT departments of burdensome tasks such as employee onboarding/offboarding, software access management, and handling the diverse range of employee requests. The long-term vision is to create a universal workflow automation platform that caters to all business functions.

Position: Senior Fullstack Engineer

Join as a Senior Fullstack Engineer and be a driving force in developing the core technology behind an innovative AI platform. Your work will have a direct impact on defining the product’s success and setting the technical foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CTO to design and build new product capabilities from the ground up.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience by applying insights into user behavior and collaborating with the founding team on design decisions.
• Define foundational system architecture and make key technology decisions for the codebase.
• Lead the development and launch of Version 1 product and contribute to executing technical and product roadmaps.
• Establish and promote best engineering practices, mentor junior team members, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Demonstrated experience with zero-to-one product development, including building products or systems from scratch.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any of the technologies in the stack: Go, GRPC, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, AWS, and Terraform.
• Previous experience working at an early-stage startup.
• Background in building applied AI products.
