We are very excited to be working with an early stage, forward-thinking and dynamic startup dedicated to transforming the landscape of infrastructure management. With robust support and substantial backing, they are at the vanguard of pioneering next-generation infrastructure solutions. With a commitment to leveraging advanced technologies such as cloud management, infrastructure as code, and robust networking capabilities, they are looking to to lead the way in next-gen infra solutions.
Working closely with the two Founders, both with extremely impressive backgrounds, we now need to hire a Senior Product Manager who has experience of working in an early stage startup and taking a product from 0-1. This is a hands on role which will see you play a key role in product strategy and development. We are also looking for a candidate who has expertise of working in the US market working on developer tooling.
- Strategically guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
- Engage closely with customers during both pre- and post-sales phases, confirming that the product aligns with their business goals.
- Convert customer needs and scenarios into actionable product designs.
- Champion the product, driving promotion and awareness across various departments like marketing, sales, and customer support.
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, alliances, and product teams.
- Stay abreast of market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer feedback to inform product choices.
- Define and track KPIs to gauge product performance and facilitate data-driven decisions.
- Extensive experience in senior product roles, preferably in a SaaS or open-source/open-core setting.
- A history of success in startups, demonstrating capability in innovating and scaling distinctive products from 0-1
- Expertise in cloud management, infrastructure as code, networking or other developer tools /platforms
- Strong analytical acumen and strategic decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with a track record of building cohesive teams.
- Excellent communication abilities, adept at working with cross-functional groups.
- Previous experience in the US market is required, European experience is a plus.
- A fervent passion for technology and a keen sense for industry trends.
