Their product accelerates software builds and tests by distributing them across a cluster of machines and utilizing remote caching. This approach significantly reduces build times, enhancing developer productivity.

We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager who thrives in user-driven environments and is eager to help shape a world-class experience for software engineers globally. In this role, you’ll lead user interviews, gather and refine requirements, and ensure that high-impact, top-tier features are designed and delivered. With this position, you’ll have the chance to lay the foundation for a more delightful and developer-friendly user experience.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Understanding of DevOps, SaaS, and Cloud technologies
• Product Management Experience: Working with developer tools and products designed for technical users

Key Skills:

• Conducting effective user interviews to gather actionable requirements
• Synthesizing those requirements into clear, detailed product requirement documents (PRDs)
• Translating feature requests into meaningful product decisions and relaying user motivations
• Advocating for users (developers and DevEx teams) throughout the development process
• Following up with users to confirm that delivered features meet their needs

Experience: 2-5 years in product management

Independence: Comfortable working independently and collaborating with users across multiple time zones

Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with design, engineering, customer success, and sales teams
